Do yourself a small itsy bitsy favor...go out and do something random. Spend some quiet time with God and run through an open field. Read a book. Soak up the sun and take a deep breath of fresh air. Listen to Mother Nature.
Take some time away from your electronic devices and enjoy the beauty of this planet...for at least one brief moment.
